Functieomschrijving:

* Als Medewerker Verzekeringen- en Schadebeheer speel je een cruciale rol in ons team door te zorgen voor een vlotte en gestroomlijnde afhandeling van schadeclaims.

* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken en beantwoorden van e-mails, het beheren van de agenda en het aannemen van telefoongesprekken.

* Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van dossiers en het verzamelen van relevante informatie voor de verdere afhandeling van schadeclaims.

* Dit alles doe je in ondersteuning van de verantwoordelijke van onze schadedienst.

De functie waarin je terecht zou komen, is niet het klassieke schadebeheer zoals bij een verzekeringsmakelaar.

Wij lossen de problemen van onze gebouwen op van A tot Z.

Het is een boeiende functie waar je heel wat technische en verzekeringskennis kan opdoen.

Het allerbelangrijkste is dat je energie haalt uit het oplossen van dossiers en deze tot een goed eind wil brengen!

Verantwoordelijkheden:

1. Behandeling schadedossiers van A tot Z: Bijhouden en organiseren van schadedossiers en relevante documentatie.

2. Je organiseert lekdetecties, stuurt aannemers aan en je staat in contact met andere verzekeringsmakelaars.

3. Administratie schade-expertises: Assisteren bij het voorbereiden van documenten en rapporten voor schade-expertises.

4. Klantencontact: Inkomende telefoons beheren en indien nodig doorverwijzen naar de juiste persoon of afdeling.

5. Agendabeheer: Inplannen afspraken voor schade-expertises en communicatie met de nodige partijen verzorgen.

Vereiste Kwaliteiten:

1. Zeer gestructureerd en nauwkeurig in het uitvoeren van taken .

2. Leergierigheid is een must; bereidheid om kennis op te doen van verzekeringen en schadedossiers.

3. Organisatie en planning als sterke punten; overzicht en structuur zijn essentieel bij het beheer van schadedossiers.

4. Prioriteiten kunnen stellen.

5. Resultaat- en klantgericht; streven naar tevreden eigenaars.

Kennis en ervaring in de wereld van verzekeringen, bouw of schadebeheer, vormen een pluspunt! Ervaring met BRIO (of vergelijkbare software) vormt ook een extra troef!
