Verzekeringen saai? Alleen als je ze uitlegt alsof het een handleiding van een microgolfoven is.

Voor een onafhankelijk verzekeringskantoor zoeken we een commerciële dossierbeheerder die klanten correct wil begeleiden en tegelijk graag meedenkt.

Je hoeft hier geen gladde verkoper te zijn. Wel iemand die graag contact heeft met mensen, sterk communiceert en begrijpt dat vertrouwen belangrijker is dan snel een polis verkopen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je staat in voor de productie en opstart van verzekeringsdossiers voor particulieren en KMO-klanten. Dat gaat over klassieke BOAR-verzekeringen zoals brand, auto en familiale, maar ook levensverzekeringen kunnen deel uitmaken van jouw pakket.

Je combineert administratie, klantencontact en commercieel advies in één afwisselende functie.

Jouw taken:

• Klantengesprekken voeren en noden analyseren

• Risico’s correct inschatten en bespreken

• Offertes vergelijken en opmaken

• Contact onderhouden met klanten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen

• Nieuwe verzekeringsdossiers opstarten en opvolgen

• Advies geven rond verzekeringsoplossingen voor particulieren en ondernemingen

• Administratie correct verwerken in het beheersysteem

• Mee bouwen aan langdurige klantenrelaties

Je komt terecht in een kantoor waar samenwerking belangrijk is en waar mensen liever helder communiceren dan indruk proberen maken met moeilijke termen.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs of relevante ervaring binnen verzekeringen, bankwezen of administratie

• Ervaring in verzekeringen is een sterke plus

• Commerciële feeling en klantgericht communiceren zijn belangrijk

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk

• Je bent vlot met computersystemen

• Ervaring met Brio is mooi meegenomen

• Je werkt graag samen met collega’s

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt overzicht in dossiers
