Werken bij PRONKERT.:: oog voor mensen en een zorgvuldig proces Een ziekmelding is soms snel geregeld. Soms vraagt een situatie om extra aandacht, duidelijke communicatie en goede afstemming. Als Medewerker Verzuim & Re-integratie zorg jij dat het proces zorgvuldig verloopt en iedereen weet waar die aan toe is. Je ondersteunt de verzuimcoördinatoren, houdt dossiers op orde en bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor flexkrachten en opdrachtgevers. Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt de afspraken, met oog voor de mens achter de melding. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie houd je overzicht over ziekmeldingen en de bijbehorende administratie. Je schakelt met verschillende betrokkenen en weet wanneer een dossier extra aandacht nodig heeft. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Digitaal verwerken van ziekmeldingen en bijhouden van verzuimdossiers; - Telefonisch en per e-mail contact onderhouden met flexkrachten en opdrachtgevers; - Duidelijkheid geven over afspraken en vervolgstappen; - Afstemmen met onder andere UWV en de arbodienst over lopende meldingen; - Langdurige of complexe dossiers tijdig doorzetten naar de casemanager of verzuimcoördinator; - Je kennis opbouwen over kort verzuim, zwangerschap, bevallingsverlof en aanvullend geboorteverlof.
