Jobomschrijving

Als medewerker op de visafdeling ziet je dag er als volgt uit:

  • je kent verschillende vissoorten en seizoenen en weet klanten te enthousiasmeren met jouw kennis en passie
  • verder luister jij naar de wensen van klanten en bied je persoonlijk en deskundig advies
  • je herkent commerciële kansen en speelt hier actief op in om de verkoop te stimuleren
  • de versheid en kwaliteit van de visproducten worden nauwgezet door jou gecontroleerd
  • daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de visafdeling altijd verzorgd, hygiënisch en uitnodigend is

Wie zoeken we voor de functie als medewerker op de visafdeling?

  • werken in een koudere omgeving schrikt je niet af en vormt voor jou geen probleem
  • ervaring of affiniteit met vis is een must, kennis van fileren is mooi meegenomen
  • dankzij jouw flexibiliteit kan je werken tussen 7u en 17u30 en ben je bereid om in het weekend (voormiddag) te werken
  • een commerciële ingesteldheid en oog voor verkoopkansen typeren jou
  • klanten bedien je steeds met een glimlach en hun tevredenheid geeft je energie
  • je spreekt Nederlands, zodat je vlot kan communiceren met klanten en collega's en veilig kan werken
