Dit doe je - Aanmaken, beoordelen en verwerken van stock inkooporders (via Slim4). - Voorraad bewaken van meerdere locaties, inclusief interfiliaal leveringen. - Contact met leveranciers en transporteurs over levertijden en planning. - Telefonisch afstemmen met collega's van de SOPREMA-verkoopvestigingen over de voortgang. - Signaleren van knelpunten in leveringen en voorraadniveaus. - Overleg met collega's van bijvoorbeeld masterdata en Inkoop. - Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het voorraadproces. Dit heb je - Je hebt MBO- werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt circa 5 jaar werkervaring binnen voorraadbeheer, logistiek en inkoop. - Ervaring met Excel en met geautomatiseerde voorraadbeheersystemen (bij voorkeur Slim4). - Je bent analytisch ingesteld, maar bovenal communicatief sterk. - Je bent praktisch ingesteld, houdt van aanpakken en weet snel te schakelen. - Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en kunt goed plannen. - Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor collega's én externe partijen.
