Voor een tijdelijke functie tot het einde van het jaar zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Voorraadbeheer in Apeldoorn. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat de voorraad klopt, bestellingen op tijd binnenkomen en collega's kunnen vertrouwen op correcte gegevens. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen de logistieke processen soepel en efficiënt. Als Medewerker Voorraadbeheer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en bewaken van de voorraad. Je hebt veel contact met leveranciers en collega's van verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele afwijkingen snel worden opgelost. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers; - Contact onderhouden over levertijden, leveringen en afwijkingen; - Controleren en verwerken van binnenkomende goederen; - Vergelijken van leveringen met bestellingen en pakbonnen; - Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles en signaleren van voorraadverschillen; - Afhandelen van retourzendingen; - Samenwerken met collega's van logistiek, inkoop en planning; - Verwerken en bijhouden van administratieve gegevens in het systeem.
