Medewerker Warehouse - - Lieshout ( Lieshout , Noord-Brabant ) - Logistiek & Supply Chain Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Voor ons Warehouse in Lieshout zijn wij op zoek naar een Warehouse Medewerker die niet alleen vaardig is op de heftruck, maar vooral ook inzicht heeft in logistieke processen en systemen. Ben jij iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen het verplaatsen van goederen en actief meedenkt over efficiëntie en verbetering? Dan zoeken wij jou. Dit betreft een functie in 2- of in 3-ploegendienst, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur. Wat ga je doen? - Laden, lossen en verplaatsen van goederen met behulp van een heftruck. - Controleren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen. - Verwerken van orders en voorraadmutaties in het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS - SAP). - Signaleren van knelpunten in het logistieke proces en aandragen van verbeteringen. - Samenwerken met collega's van logistiek, planning en administratie. - Zorgdragen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Dit ben jij - Ervaring als warehouse medewerker of logistiek medewerker en een geldig heftruckcertificaat. - Aantoonbare kennis van logistieke processen: je begrijpt en overziet de volledige goederenstroom (van ontvangst en inslag tot orderpicking, verzending en retouren) en weet hoe jouw werkzaamheden daarop aansluiten. - In staat om procesafwijkingen te signaleren (zoals voorraadverschillen, vertragingen of inefficiënte routing) en hier proactief op te handelen of verbeteringen voor te stellen. - Ervaring met WMS of andere logistieke systemen en het correct verwerken van voorraad- en ordergegevens. - Nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
