Sinkegroep - Werken bij Sinkegroep - Binnen & buitendienst Medewerker weegbrug Locatie: Kruiningen | Bedrijfsonderdeel: Sinke Recycling | Contract: 16 uur per week Ben jij klantvriendelijk, nauwkeurig en houd je wel van een beetje hectiek? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde medewerker voor onze weegbrug in Kruiningen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande vrachten via het weegsysteem. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat alle verkeersbewegingen op het terrein veilig en soepel verlopen. Daarnaast verwerk je de bijbehorende administratie nauwkeurig, aangezien deze gegevens de basis vormen voor de verdere administratieve afhandeling. Wat ga jij doen? Als medewerker van de weegbrug ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze bezoekers en chauffeurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen snel en vriendelijk wordt geholpen en dat de administratie rondom de wegingen goed wordt verwerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Je ontvangt chauffeurs en bezoekers aan de balie en staat hen telefonisch te woord. - Je verzorgt de wegingen van inkomende en uitgaande vrachten. - Je verwerkt weeggegevens en de bijbehorende administratie. - Je houdt overzicht over de werkzaamheden rondom de weegbrug. - Beantwoorden van vragen aan de balie en telefoon. - Samenwerken met collega's om het logistieke proces goed te laten verlopen. Wij zoeken iemand die zich in het volgende herkent: - Je hebt MBO-3 werk- en/of denkniveau . - Administratieve werkervaring is een pré. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht. - Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief vaardig. - Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent flexibel.
