Het gaat hierbij om psychogeriatrische (pg) bewoners op onze verpleegafdeling. Dat is waar het in jouw werk om draait. Je ondersteunt hen bij allerlei dagelijkse dingen zoals eten en drinken, maar zorgt ook voor fijne bezigheden. Zo kan het zijn dat jullie samen een spel spelen of de krant lezen. Dit doe je zowel in groepen als een-op-een. Verder ben je alert op bijzondere situaties. Is een bewoner valgevaarlijk? Of zit iemand niet lekker in zijn vel? Jij signaleert het vaak als eerste en zoekt proactief contact met je collega's van de zorg om hierop in te spelen. Het mooiste aan jouw werk? Dat je mensen met dementie nog heel veel zelf kunt laten doen, zolang je hen maar passende activiteiten aanreikt. Samen zorgen wij ervoor dat onze bewoners zich thuis voelen. Geboden wordt Jouw contract en salaris Als medewerker welzijn krijg je in eerste instantie een contract voor bepaalde tijd voor 16 tot 20 uur in de week, waarbij je wisselende diensten werkt (inclusief weekend).
