Binnen de business unit Onderzoek en Valorisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Wetenschapscommunicatie - Projectondersteuning. De dienst Wetenschapscommunicatie van VIVES ontwikkelt en ondersteunt initiatieven die onderzoek, wetenschap, technologie en STEM zichtbaar en toegankelijk maken voor een breed publiek waaronder kinderen, jongeren, volwassenen, onderwijsprofessionals en af en toe bedrijven. Via projecten zoals de Vlaamse STEM-Olympiade, Techniekacademie, Dag van de Wetenschap en diverse onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten slaan we de brug tussen praktijkgericht onderzoek en de samenleving. Als medewerker Wetenschapscommunicatie en Projectondersteuning ondersteun je de administratieve, organisatorische en communicatieve werking van het team. Je brengt structuur in een dynamische projectomgeving en helpt mee onderzoeksresultaten, STEM-projecten en innovatieve initiatieven helder en aantrekkelijk te communiceren. Jouw taken

Administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning

- Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de dienst op administratief en organisatorisch vlak. - Je staat in voor de opvolging van mailboxen, vergaderingen, reservaties, planningen en administratieve dossiers. - Je onderhoudt contacten met deelnemers, scholen, bedrijven, partners en lokale besturen en zorgt voor een klantvriendelijke communicatie. - Je ondersteunt de financiële en administratieve opvolging van projecten, waaronder offertes, budgetten, facturen, onkostenvergoedingen en fiscale attesten. - Je verzamelt en verwerkt gegevens voor rapporteringen, subsidieprojecten en interne opvolging. - Je ondersteunt de optimalisatie van databanken, inschrijvingssystemen en administratieve processen. - Je ondersteunt de organisatie van workshops, evenementen, opleidingen, bedrijfsbezoeken en andere activiteiten. - Je ondersteunt collega's bij de voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van STEM-, onderzoeks- en wetenschapscommunicatieprojecten.

Communicatie en vormgeving

- Je ontwikkelt communicatiemateriaal zoals flyers, affiches, nieuwsbrieven, presentaties, webcontent en sociale media-content. - Je werkt daarvoor vlot met Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud of vergelijkbare toepassingen en stemt af met de communicatiedienst en externe partners. - Je ondersteunt collega's bij het vertalen van STEM-projecten, onderzoeksresultaten en wetenschappelijke inzichten naar heldere en aantrekkelijke communicatie voor diverse doelgroepen. - Je helpt bij de ontwikkeling van infographics, visuals en andere communicatiemiddelen die complexe informatie toegankelijk maken. - Je draagt bij aan de zichtbaarheid van onderzoeks-, innovatie- en STEM-projecten binnen en buiten VIVES.

- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting zoals office management, communicatiemanagement, eventmanagement, marketing, bedrijfsmanagement, educatie of een verwante opleiding; - Ervaring in administratieve ondersteuning, communicatie, projectwerking of eventorganisatie is een pluspunt. - Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met STEM - wetenschappelijk en technisch geïnteresseerd; - Je hebt ervaring met Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud of vergelijkbare grafische toepassingen; - Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365; - Je voldoet aan de taalvereisten hoger onderwijs of bent bereid om dit te verwerven. Indien je over een buitenlands diploma beschikt, met uitzondering van Nederland, dient een gelijkwaardigheidsattest van NARIC (www.naric.be) toegevoegd te worden. Functiespecifieke competenties - Je werkt mediawijs en kan vlot digitale middelen inzetten om samen te werken. - Een systematische manier van werken blijkt uit jouw planning en organisatie. Je werkt projectmatig en denkt hierbij analytisch en logisch. - Jouw contactvaardigheid blijkt uit jouw inlevingsvermogen, de kunst om samen te werken en open te communiceren. - Je bezit vakdeskundigheid en bent bereid deze ook verder te optimaliseren. - Je actualiseert door vooruit te kijken en in te spelen in op ontwikkelingen in de maatschappij. - Je werkt nauwgezet en hebt oog voor detail. - Je werkt vernieuwend/innovatief. - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. - Je gaat constructief kritisch te werk.
