Als wever ben je een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van een batterij dobby-weefgetouwen en zorgt ervoor dat de machines optimaal blijven functioneren. Daarbij combineer je technisch inzicht met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en werk je nauw samen met de meestergast en monteurs. Je krijgt de ruimte om je ervaring zelfstandig in te zetten, problemen mee te analyseren en je kennis verder uit te bouwen binnen een stabiele familiale omgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van een batterij dobby-weefgetouwen en je volgt het productieproces nauwkeurig op en detecteert afwijkingen tijdig
  • Je grijpt in wanneer een machine bijgestuurd moet worden en je analyseert samen met de meestergast en monteurs mogelijke technische of productieproblemen
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit van het geweven doek op en onderneemt actie wanneer iets niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt je werkplek netjes en overzichtelijk en je bouwt je kennis van de machines en het productieproces verder uit

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht binnen een familiaal textielbedrijf met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en vakkennis. Je werkt er samen met ervaren collega's en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de productie, de meestergast en de monteurs. De omgeving biedt ruimte om je ervaring te gebruiken en verder te groeien in je technische kennis. Je krijgt ondersteuning waar nodig, maar ook de zelfstandigheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en mee te denken over een vlotte en kwalitatieve productie.

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als wever en je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe weefmachines functioneren
  • Je merkt afwijkingen snel op en denkt mee over oplossingen en je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je resultaten
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert vlot met collega's en je staat open voor nieuwe technieken, kennis en opleidingen
