OONIVOO is volop in ontwikkeling. We bouwen iedere dag verder aan onze wijnwinkel, webshop, proeverijen en online activiteiten. Daarom zoeken we een collega die energie krijgt van afwisseling. Iemand die het leuk vindt om klanten te adviseren in de winkel, maar net zo graag zorgt dat achter de schermen alles soepel verloopt. In deze veelzijdige functie help je klanten bij het vinden van de juiste wijn, verwerk je bestellingen en facturen, houd je de voorraad op orde en ondersteun je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in onze winkel. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk. Je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met wijn en bent nieuwsgierig om er steeds meer over te leren. Je hoeft geen wijnexpert te zijn; met jouw enthousiasme en interesse zorgen wij ervoor dat je uitgroeit tot een echte wijnadviseur. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert klanten in onze wijnwinkel. - Je verwerkt bestellingen, facturen en administratieve werkzaamheden. - Je beheert de voorraad en houdt overzicht. - Je werkt dagelijks met Shopify en SnelStart. - Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden binnen de winkel en backoffice. Wie ben jij? Je bent gastvrij, nauwkeurig en houdt van afwisseling. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen klantcontact en administratieve werkzaamheden en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Daarnaast: - heb je een duidelijke affiniteit met wijn; - ben je nieuwsgierig en wil je graag meer leren over wijn; - werk je gestructureerd en zorgvuldig; - neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid; - maak je nieuwe systemen snel eigen.
