Jij kijkt samen met cliënten waar zij jouw hulp bij kunnen gebruiken. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de trajectbegeleiders; het plan dat zij met de cliënt hebben gemaakt ga jij praktisch vormgeven. Je stimuleert en motiveert de bewoners om deze activiteiten, samen met jou, te ondernemen. Denk hierbij aan alledaagse bezigheden als boodschappen doen, koken en schoonmaken. Dankzij jouw begeleiding komen bewoners met kleine stapjes steeds dichterbij hun doel. Wat De Marene anders maakt dan de overige locaties van Wender is dat deze bewoners ook verzorging en verpleging nodig hebben. Als medewerker wonen en welzijn hoef jij je hier niet mee bezig te houden. In samenwerking met de trajectbegeleiders ben je verantwoordelijk voor de (praktische) ondersteuning en begeleiding van de bewoners. De verzorgenden IG en verpleegkundigen richten zich op het leveren van de beste lichamelijke zorg. Jouw bevindingen over de bewoners rapporteer je objectief in het cliëntregistratiesysteem. Daarnaast zorg je voor een prettige en veilige sfeer; eventuele ongewenste situaties signaleer je tijdig en je handelt probleemoplossend. Zo zorg je ervoor dat er een gevoel van veiligheid heerst voor je collega's en medecliënten. De Marene staat voor een aantal uitdagingen, zoals de eisen die aan de (GGZ-WLZ) zorg worden gesteld, de inzet van diverse functies en medewerkers om dit te bereiken, en de cultuur die daarbij past. Er is daarom gekozen om de functie van medewerker wonen en welzijn op deze locatie te introduceren. Aan jou de eer om deze functie goed neer te zetten!
