Namens InterWork zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste BAG-medewerkers die aan de slag willen voor een gemeente in de regio Rotterdam, Den Haag en Gouda. Jouw nieuwe baan: - Als BAG-medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) - Je voert de mutaties in de BAG door en controleert de kwaliteit van de gegevens - Je bent goed op de hoogte van de WOZ en stelt taxatieverslagen op. - Je weet de vertaling te maken van de gegevens vanuit de BAG naar andere registraties, zoals de BRP en de WOZ. Wij vragen: - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4 - Kennis van en ervaring met de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) - Kennis van de WOZ - Goede communicatieve en schriftelijke vaardigheden - Ervaring bij een gemeente Dit ben jij: - Dienstverlenend: je denkt graag mee met anderen hoe ze vraagstukken kunnen oplossen en komt met goede alternatieven - Besluitvaardigheid: jij durft een beslissing te nemen en kan deze goed beargumenteren Ons aanbod: - Een uitdagende functie in een dynamische en professionele omgeving - Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling - Een baan die op basis van detachering of als ZZP'er kan worden uitgevoerd - Het salaris ligt tussen de €3500 en €5100 euro op basis van 36 uur.
