Van ZZP naar flexcontract Ben jij nog ZZP'er? Stap nu over op flexibel werken bij Evean Wij zoeken gedreven mensen die graag zorgen voor een ander én voor zichzelf. We begrijpen dat jij niet zomaar zzp'er bent geworden en hecht aan vrijheid en afwisseling. De zzp-vorm kunnen wij helaas niet meer aanbieden. Maar gelukkig zijn er wel andere mogelijkheden om voor ons te werken waarbij je én een vast contract krijgt én veel vrijheid hebt om je werktijden en werkplekken zelf te bepalen. Dat kan bijvoorbeeld in onze flexpool. Bij Evean staan onze cliënten en medewerkers centraal Onze medewerkers zijn onmisbaar voor de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan onze cliënten. Zij kennen de cliënten en hun naasten en bouwen een persoonlijke relatie met hen op. Daardoor kunnen zij de beste zorg leveren én het welzijn van onze cliënten koesteren. Daarom werken we het liefst met zorgprofessionals die in vaste dienst bij Evean zijn. Verschillende contract mogelijkheden Een regie-overeenkomst Bij een regie-overeenkomst bepaal jij hoeveel uur je wilt werken op jaarbasis en op welke locaties. Je komt bij ons in vaste dienst in onze flexpool en krijgt de voordelen van een dienstverband maar blijft de regie houden over hoeveel en waar je werkt. Bijvoorbeeld: we spreken af dat je 1000 uur per jaar werkt, je schrijft jezelf in voor diensten waar en wanneer je wilt. Natuurlijk alles in overleg en op basis van beschikbaarheid. Het voordeel is dat je inzet per week anders kan zijn, afhankelijk van jouw behoefte. Een flexcontract Je kunt ook kiezen voor een flexcontract, dan spreken we een aantal uren per jaar af met daarbij een gemiddeld aantal uren per week dat je minimaal werkt. Dat beteken dat je - indien gewenst - daar van af kunt wijken als dat nodig is. Bijvoorbeeld: we spreken af dat je gemiddeld 16 uur per week voor ons werkt gedurende een jaar. Je kunt dan een week 12 uur werken en dan de week daarna 20 uur, gemiddeld werk je dan 16 uur...
