Momenteel zijn we opzoek naar meerdere medewerkers huishoudelijke dienst om ons woonzorgcentrum De Vesten te versterken.

Woonzorgcentrum De Vesten wil een warme thuis zijn voor bewoners én hun naasten. Een plek waar mensen zich welkom voelen, waar ze hun dagen op een zinvolle manier kunnen invullen, vertrekkend vanuit hun eigen wensen, noden en behoeften. Maar ook een plek waar medewerkers zich goed voelen, hun talenten kunnen inzetten en op elkaar kunnen rekenen. Samen met bewoners en hun familie bouwen we elke dag aan die warme thuis.

FUNCTIE EN PROFIEL

Ben jij iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en energie haalt uit afwisseling? Wil je mee bijdragen aan een warme, nette en huiselijke omgeving waar onze bewoners zich echt thuis voelen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken!

Als medewerker huishoudelijke dienst maak je deel uit van een veelzijdig team en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde. Je takenpakket kan onder meer bestaan uit:

  • Het voorbereiden van broodmaaltijden
  • Meehelpen in de keuken
  • Het poetsen van bewonerskamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes
  • Ondersteuning bieden in de wasserij
  • Het bedelen van maaltijden aan bewoners
  • Deelnemen aan activiteiten met bewoners wanneer de planning dit toelaat, een mooie kans om écht contact te maken en bij te dragen aan hun welzijn

Je bent een echte "vlinder" binnen onze dienst en verplaatst je tussen verschillende werkdomeinen. De ene dag help je in de keuken, de volgende dag ondersteun je in de wasserij of sta je in voor het onderhoud van kamers en leefruimtes. Dankzij deze afwisseling blijft je job boeiend en uitdagend.

Het tewerkstellingspercentage is bespreekbaar en stemmen we graag af op wat voor jou haalbaar is. We vinden het belangrijk om samen te kijken naar een werkregeling die aansluit bij jouw mogelijkheden. Wel verwachten we dat je bereid bent om één weekend op twee te werken en flexibel bent om te werken in een variabel uurrooster met shiften tussen 6.00 uur en 19.00 uur.
