Als onderhoudsmedewerker instaan voor het onderhoud van de lokalen, bureaus, gemeenschappelijke ruimten in de gebouwen teneinde bij te dragen tot een nette en aangename werkomgeving voor de gebruikers.

Voor de onderhoudsmedewerkers van gebouwen

Mogelijke taken:

  • De bureaus, lokalen, gangen, sanitaire installaties, vergaderzalen en het meubilair schoonmaken en afstoffen;
  • De lokalen met geschikte onderhoudsproducten schoonmaken;
  • De onderhoudsproducten op een doordachte manier gebruiken;
  • Zich voorzien van het nodige gereedschap en de nodige producten;
  • Mondeling of schriftelijk het nodige materiaal en de nodige producten aanvragen;
  • Het gebruikte materiaal opbergen;
  • Het nodige materiaal gebruiken en onderhouden.

Als onderhoudsmedewerker instaan voor de verwerking van afval.

Mogelijke taken:

  • Afval vervoeren via de daartoe voorziene middelen (containers, vuilniscomprimeerder);
  • Afval sorteren volgens de voorschriften.

Als kennisbeheerder ontwikkelen en op peil houden van de eigen expertise teneinde het eigen

functioneren te optimaliseren.

Mogelijke taken:

  • Bestuderen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen van de dienst met het oog op de implementatie ervan in zijn (sub)afdeling
  • Volgen van pertinente interne en externe opleidingen
  • Kennis delen met de collega’s

Motivatie Een goede motivatie voor de functie is vereist, alsook een duidelijk beeld van de FOD Justitie, haar diensten en wat uw functie zal zijn.

  • Eenvoudige informatie begrijpen en kunnen werken op basis van vage informatie. Correct inschatten van de eigen vaardigheden.
  • De beschikbare middelen gebruiken. Eenvoudige of repetitieve taken autonoom, correct en systematisch uitvoeren.
  • De teamsfeer bevorderen door ideeën en meningen te delen en door te helpen conflicten oplossen tussen collega’s.
