Wij heten je graag welkom!

Voor het secretariaat van de pijnkliniek in de campus Brugsesteenweg kijken we momenteel uit naar een gedreven medical management assistant die het team wil komen ondersteunen. Je vormt samen met jouw collega's een sterk team van zes enthousiaste medewerkers dat zich dagelijks inzet om alles vlot te laten verlopen.

Wij hebben deze job voor je

  • Op het medisch secretariaat fungeer je, zowel persoonlijk als telefonisch, als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, bezoekers en doorverwijzers.
  • Je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal, garandeert een vlekkeloze registratie en maakt de patiënt wegwijs op de dienst.
  • Ook telefonisch kunnen patiënten steeds bij je terecht om vragen te beantwoorden of een afspraak in te plannen (zowel voor consultaties als operaties).
  • Je weet deze kerntaak bovendien te combineren met verschillende administratieve taken. Denk hierbij aan het verzorgen van de briefwisseling, het bijhouden van patiëntendossiers alsook het voorbereiden van de facturatie.

Wij kijken uit naar jou

  • Je combineert uitgesproken sterke administratieve vaardigheden met een oprechte interesse in de medische wereld. Bij voorkeur heb je hiervoor reeds de basis gelegd tijdens jouw studies (bijv. bachelor medical management assistant, healthcare management of verpleegkunde).
  • Je hebt graag veel omhanden en je haalt er voldoening uit wanneer je erin slaagt om een veelheid aan taken op een kwalitatieve manier af te werken en alles in goede banen te leiden.
  • Je houdt van sociale contacten, helpt graag patiënten en ondervindt geen moeite om een vriendelijke en warme uitstraling te combineren met een gezonde portie assertiviteit.
  • Je herkent je in de waarden (https://www.azdelta.be/nl/info-over-az-delta/voorstelling-az-delta/waarden-az-delta) die AZ Delta uitdraagt en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • De PC en gangbare office programma's heb je goed onder de knie.
  • Je kan je vinden in een wisselend uurrooster dat in een roulement van acht weken wordt vastgelegd. De shiften variëren waarbij je ten vroegste om 7u30 start, ten laatste om 18u stopt of uitzonderlijk tot 19u werkt. Ook het één maal per kwartaal op zaterdag werken schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent bij grote voorkeur onmiddelijk of op korte termijn beschikbaar.
