Jouw dag als medical management assistent Na een goeiemorgen aan je collega’s start je je dag op de polikliniek waar jouw ondersteuning op dat moment het hardst nodig is. Je schakelt vlot tussen poli 1, 2 en 3 en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief op rolletjes loopt. Als medical management assistent ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor patiënten, artsen en collega’s. Je luistert aandachtig, schakelt snel en communiceert helder, met blijvend overzicht over alle vragen en to do’s. Zo draag jij elke dag bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening centraal staat, ondersteund door toptechnologie en een hecht team.

Ruimte om te handelen

Als medical management assistent

  • sta je centraal in een dynamische zorgomgeving waar snel schakelen en klantgerichtheid essentieel zijn;
  • bied je flexibel ondersteuning op drie verschillende poliklinieken, naargelang de noden op dat moment: poli 1: geriatrie, pneumologie, slaapcentrum; poli 2: hematologie, reumatologie, nefrologie, psychiatrie, medische oncologie, neurologie, pediatrie; poli 3: NKO, urologie, algemene en abdominale heelkunde;
  • ben je de administratieve rechterhand van de artsen voor taken zoals postbeheer, wachtlijsten, verlofregeling …;
  • behandel je de inkomende telefonie en zorg je voor een correcte afhandeling;
  • beheer je de toegewezen medische dossiers en verwerk je medische gegevens nauwkeurig in verschillende softwarepakketten;
  • plan je afspraken met patiënten en geef je hen duidelijke, correcte informatie (zowel telefonisch als aan de balie);
  • onderhoud je vlotte contacten met zowel patiënten, artsen als collega’s.

Ruimte voor jouw talent

We zoeken een collega-medisch secretaresse die klaar is om bij te dragen aan kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en zichzelf continu wil verbeteren. Bovendien heb je

  • een bachelordiploma in office management (afstudeerrichting health-care management of office management), verpleegkunde of een paramedische richting;
  • kennis van medische terminologie (of je bent bereid om je dit snel eigen te maken);
  • goede administratieve en digitale vaardigheden en kan je vlot werken met verschillende softwarepakketten, zoals MS Office en KWS;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • het vermogen om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen, ook tijdens drukke of stressvolle momenten;
  • een professionele attitude waarbij je de verwachtingen van zowel patiënten als collega’s op een correcte manier benadert.
