Onze klant, een gerenommeerde fabrikant van innovatieve orthopedische implantaten en chirurgische instrumenten, is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medical Sales Specialist met een achtergrond in de verpleegkunde en ervaring op het operatiekwartier.

In deze rol ben jij het gezicht van hoogwaardige medische oplossingen en speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van zorgprofessionals in de regio Antwerpen-Limburg. Je combineert jouw klinische kennis met commerciële flair om een echte meerwaarde te bieden in de wereld van de orthopedie.

Jouw impact als Medical Sales Specialist:

  • Je bezoekt ziekenhuizen en biedt directe ondersteuning aan orthopedische teams.
  • Je geeft demonstraties en verleent technische assistentie tijdens operaties, waarbij je jouw expertise inzet op het operatiekwartier.
  • Je bouwt sterke, duurzame relaties uit met chirurgen, OK-verpleegkundigen en aankopers.
  • Je signaleert klantbehoeften en volgt marktontwikkelingen op de voet, zodat je steeds inspeelt op nieuwe kansen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en de groei van het merk in Vlaanderen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent een gediplomeerd verpleegkundige met aantoonbare ervaring op het operatiekwartier, bij voorkeur binnen de orthopedie.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in sales of bent sterk gemotiveerd om de stap naar een commerciële rol te zetten.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt een uitgesproken klantgerichte mindset.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent flexibel en bereid om te reizen binnen heel Vlaanderen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt gezien de samenwerking met Franstalige ziekenhuizen en collega’s.
