Dein Profil: * Dir ist klar, dass Medizinprodukte mehr als Skalpelle sind, und du willst die Software dazu mit entwickeln * Du kannst dich mit unserem Mindset identifizieren, dass Medizinprodukte in der Zukunft immer digitaler werden * Kenntnisse in modernen Programmiersprachen wie C# oder Java wären von Vorteil * Tools wie Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Squish oder Datadog sind dir nicht fremd * Du arbeitest gerne in einem agilen, lustigen und hilfsbereiten Team * Du bist technikaffin und hast vorzugsweise einen Abschluss an einer HTL/FH/ Universität mit technischem Schwerpunkt oder eine fundierte fachliche Ausbildung

Deine Aufgaben: * Mitarbeit in internationalen, interdisziplinären Projektteams im Bereich medizinischer Softwarelösungen * Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Testabläufen sowie zugehörigen Dokumentationsaktivitäten entlang des Software Development Life Cycle * Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung automatisierter Testabläufe unter Verwendung moderner Testframeworks * Nutzung und Evaluierung moderner Technologien (z. B. AI-gestützter Tools) zur Unterstützung der Testautomatisierung und Qualitätssicherung * Definition, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Teststrategien unter Berücksichtigung projektspezifischer Anforderungen * Durchführung von funktionalen Tests (manuell und automatisiert), REST/API-Tests sowie Regressionstests * Analyse, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern und Schwachstellen (z. B. Jira, Snyk) * Integration, Überwachung und Optimierung automatisierter Tests in CI/CD-Pipelines zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Testabdeckung * Monitoring und Analyse von Systemverhalten und Parametern (z. B. Datadog) * Enge, proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams sowie relevanten Stakeholdern
