Dan zijn wij op zoek naar u. - Werkveld Management en ondersteuning - Regio Regio Doetinchem/Bronckhorst - Dienstverband Vaste aanstelling - Uren per week in overleg - Opleidingsniveau WO Bent u (gepensioneerd) huisarts, medisch specialist of specialist ouderengeneeskunde en wilt u vanuit uw deskundigheid bijdragen aan een zorgvuldige behandeling van klachten in de ouderenzorg? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar u. De regionale klachtencommissie behandelt klachten van cliënten van zes VVT-organisaties in de Achterhoek. De commissie werkt onafhankelijk en draagt met haar oordelen bij aan kwaliteit, transparantie en vertrouwen in de zorg. Als medicus brengt u uw medische expertise in bij de beoordeling van klachten. U neemt deel aan hoorzittingen, beraadslagingen en de totstandkoming van gemotiveerde uitspraken. Daarbij weegt u medische, juridische en menselijke aspecten zorgvuldig af. Wij zoeken een medicus met: - een (huidige of voormalige) BIG-registratie als huisarts, specialist ouderengeneeskunde of medisch specialist; - affiniteit met de langdurige zorg; - een onafhankelijke en integere houding; - goede communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden. De tijdsinvestering is beperkt: gemiddeld vinden jaarlijks drie tot vijf hoorzittingen plaats. Verder vergadert de commissie ongeveer twee keer per jaar.
