Ben jij een gedreven Accountant met minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor? Wil je zelfstandig dossiers beheren, klanten adviseren en jezelf op termijn verder ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele en groeiende omgeving?

Voor een accountantskantoor in de regio Lokeren zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren accountant die op lange termijn mee wil groeien met het kantoor. Heb je de ambitie om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en eventueel door te groeien richting partnerschap? Dan kan dit een interessante volgende stap zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je beheert zelfstandig je eigen klantenportefeuille en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige A tot Y-verhaal van je dossiers.
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse opvolging van je dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie met hen op.
  • Je biedt klanten boekhoudkundig en fiscaal advies en denkt actief mee over hun financiële situatie.
  • Naarmate je ervaring en verantwoordelijkheden binnen het kantoor toenemen, zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden richting een meer leidinggevende rol en eventueel partnerschap.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare boekhoudkundige opleiding.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als dossierbeheerder/accountant binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers beheren en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met ondernemers en klanten.
  • Kennis van Adsolut, Silverfin, Accon of ClearFacts is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je bent ambitieus en hebt interesse om jezelf op lange termijn verder te ontwikkelen binnen het kantoor.
