Klaar om verder te groeien dan voorbereidende boekhouding?

Na een eerste ervaring binnen accountancy begint het echte verschil te maken hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid je krijgt. Voor een stabiel accountantskantoor in Mechelen wordt gezocht naar een medior accountant die niet eeuwig in dezelfde rol wil blijven hangen, maar stap voor stap wil doorgroeien naar dossierverantwoordelijke.

Het kantoor kent een mooi parcours. Wat ongeveer tien jaar geleden begon als een eenmanszaak, is intussen uitgegroeid tot een organisatie van 15 medewerkers. Een stevige groei dus, maar met behoud van een persoonlijke en volwassen werkomgeving.

Hier krijg je vooral de ruimte om steeds meer zelf te doen. Niet omdat er een vast carrièrepad op je ligt te wachten, maar omdat je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt naarmate je kennis en ervaring groeien.

Jouw rol

Je gaat aan de slag met voornamelijk vennootschapsdossiers. Vanuit je huidige ervaring bouw je verder aan je zelfstandigheid en word je steeds meer het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten.

Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder meer bestaan uit:

  • Het opvolgen van boekhoudkundige dossiers;
  • Verwerken en controleren van financiële gegevens;
  • Btw- en fiscale aangiften;
  • Voorbereiden van afsluitingen en jaarrekeningen;
  • Opvolgen van fiscale verplichtingen;
  • Klanten verder helpen met hun boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen;
  • Steeds zelfstandiger opnemen van je eigen dossiers;
  • Op termijn uitgroeien tot volwaardige dossierverantwoordelijke.

Je hoeft vandaag nog niet alles te kunnen. De bedoeling is net dat je steeds verder gaat naarmate je sterker wordt. Van een medior profiel naar iemand die zijn dossiers van begin tot einde kent en inhoudelijk kan ondersteunen.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken ze geen afgewerkte senior, maar iemand die klaar is voor de volgende stap.

  • Je hebt ongeveer 2 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor;
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding Accountancy-Fiscaliteit;
  • Ervaring met vennootschapsdossiers is belangrijk;
  • Een achtergrond in Fiscale Wetenschappen is een sterke plus;
  • Je wil evolueren richting een rol als dossierverantwoordelijke;
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en wil steeds zelfstandiger werken;
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt interesse om je fiscale kennis verder uit te bouwen;
  • Je werkt graag in een omgeving waar vertrouwen en flexibiliteit centraal staan;
  • Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen: belangrijker is dat je zo ver wil groeien als je zelf aankunt.
