Voor een familiale speler zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven dossierbeheerder / medior accountant om het team van een twintigtal medewerkers in de regio van Kortrijk te versterken. Dit lokaal en veelzijdig accountantskantoor, met twee vestigingen in de regio, staat bekend om zijn kleinschalige aanpak waarbij nauwkeurigheid, vertrouwen en een toegankelijke samenwerking centraal staan, zowel voor startende ondernemers als voor gevestigde bedrijven.

Heb je al een eerste ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor? Ben je op zoek naar een werkomgeving met een vlakke structuur, waar open communicatie en digitale dossierverwerking hand in hand gaan? Dan zou deze uitdaging wel eens perfect bij jou kunnen passen!

Het takenpakket:

  • Je werkt mee aan de periodieke afsluitingen en de opmaak van financiële rapporteringen, waarbij je oog hebt voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je stelt fiscale aangiftes (btw, vennootschaps- en personenbelasting) op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige indiening.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met klanten en biedt ondersteuning bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Je analyseert financiële resultaten en leert deze te vertalen naar concreet advies. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's en groeit stap voor stap in je rol.
  • Je denkt mee over de optimalisatie van interne processen en bent open voor digitale verwerking van dossiers.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma accountancy-fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt 1 à 3 jaar ervaring als dossierbeheerder.
  • Je bent leergierig, communicatief sterk en werkt graag hands-on.
