Voor een groeiend accountancykantoor in de regio Sint-Pieters-Leeuw zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant die graag zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en tegelijk deel wil uitmaken van een sterk en collegiaal team.

Je komt terecht in een professionele omgeving met een 25-tal collega's, waar kennis delen, ontwikkeling en een persoonlijke aanpak belangrijk zijn.

Jouw rol

Als accountant krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je werkt dossiers van A tot Z mee af en staat rechtstreeks in contact met ondernemers.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers zelfstandig opvolgt
  • Instaat voor de voorbereiding en verwerking van afsluitingen
  • Jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften voorbereidt
  • Financiële cijfers analyseert en vertaalt naar duidelijke inzichten voor je klanten
  • Klanten rechtstreeks adviseert bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen
  • Meedenkt over fiscale optimalisaties en financiële opportuniteiten
  • Een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwt met je klanten
  • Waar nodig ondersteuning biedt aan collega's met minder ervaring

Je krijgt daarbij voldoende autonomie, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.

Dit breng je mee

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag vooruit wil en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen.

Je hebt:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor
  • Een nauwkeurige en analytische werkstijl
  • Een gezonde interesse in fiscaliteit en financiële vraagstukken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en je voelt je comfortabel in klantencontact
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • De motivatie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen

Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must. We kijken vooral naar je potentieel en ingesteldheid.
