Wat ga je doen? - Je sluit deals van €50k tot €150k door technici te koppelen aan de beste werkgevers. - Je beheert je eigen omzet en onderhoudt relaties met klanten en kandidaten. - Je ontvangt de beste technische profielen van ons Recruitmentteam, zodat jij je kunt focussen op het plaatsen van kandidaten. - Je helpt technici aan de volgende stap in hun carrière en versterkt bestaande klantrelaties. Wie zoeken we? Vereisten - HBO werk- en denkniveau (ervaring in Sales is een pré). - Vloeiend Nederlands en goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. - Ambitie om bij te dragen aan het werkgeluk van technische specialisten. - Resultaatgericht, verantwoordelijk en gedreven om te presteren. - Leergierige en proactieve houding.
