En precies daarom maak jij het verschil. Jij kent de salonwereld van binnenuit, voelt feilloos aan wat ondernemers nodig hebben en weet relaties om te zetten in groei. In deze rol ben jij hét gezicht in Noord-Nederland voor een sterk internationaal beautymerk. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, bouwt aan langdurige partnerships en ziet tegelijkertijd overal kansen om de portefeuille verder uit te breiden. Je bent veel onderweg (alles boven de lijn Den Haag - Enschede), stapt makkelijk salons binnen en combineert jouw passie voor hair & beauty met commercieel instinct. - Beheer en groei een klantenportfolio van circa 120 salons, inclusief 360° ondersteuning: orders, sales, opleiding en businessadvies; - Acquireren van nieuwe klanten om de groei in de markt te stimuleren en het klantenbestand uit te breiden; - Optreden als consultant voor kappers, hen helpen hun merk en business te ontwikkelen; - Vier dagen per week op pad bij klanten in het Noorden van het land, één dag thuis voor administratie en voorbereiding; - Werken met standaard kantoortools (Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail) en het interne CRM-systeem (training wordt gegeven). - 2-4 jaar directe accountmanagement ervaring in de kappersbranche; - Ondernemende mentaliteit: Zelfstandig, proactief en energiek; iemand die zijn/haar eigen succes kan sturen; - In staat om kappers te adviseren en te ondersteunen bij het opbouwen van hun merk en business; - Bereid en in staat om veelvuldig per auto door het Noorden van ons land te re...
