Als Medior Accountmanager ben je de schakel tussen technici en topbedrijven. Je bouwt relaties op, volgt klanten en kandidaten op en zorgt voor een passende match. Je beheert je eigen omzet en werkt samen met het Recruitmentteam, dat technische profielen aanlevert. Zo kun jij je richten op contact, plaatsingen en het verder ontwikkelen van je salesvaardigheden. Wat ga je doen?- Je sluit deals van €50.000 tot €150.000 door technici te koppelen aan passende werkgevers. - Je beheert je eigen omzet en houdt overzicht over lopende contacten en afspraken. - Je belt en spreekt regelmatig met klanten en kandidaten en volgt acties zorgvuldig op. - Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en zoekt naar mogelijkheden om deze verder te versterken. - Je ontvangt technische profielen van het Recruitmentteam en richt je op het plaatsen van kandidaten. - Je helpt technici bij een volgende stap in hun carrière en stemt daarbij af met werkgevers en collega's.

Functie-eisen:- Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring. - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en communiceert goed in het Engels. - Je bent resultaatgericht, verantwoordelijk en gedreven om te presteren. - Je bent leergierig en proactief en wilt bijdragen aan het werkgeluk van technische specialisten.
