Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun organisatie, doelen en uitdagingen te begrijpen en vertaalt dit naar een praktisch en effectief adoptieplan. - Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van adoptieprogramma's voor IT-implementaties. - Adviseren van klanten over adoptie- en verandermanagement best practices. - Ontwikkelen van trainings- en communicatiematerialen. - Geven van workshops, trainingen en inspiratiesessies. - Begeleiden van eindgebruikers tijdens de overgang naar nieuwe systemen. - Meedenken op strategisch niveau over organisatieveranderingen. - Actief bijdragen aan en soms aansturen van (deel)projectteams.
