Bij HWRK - gevestigd aan de Aert van Nesstraat - helpen we gemeenten, onderwijs- en zorginstellingen en het bedrijfsleven bij het wendbaar en toekomstbestendig inrichten van hun organisatie. Wij maken van een gebouw úw werkomgeving. Daarbij geloven we dat een efficiënte bedrijfsvoering het fundament is voor elke prettige en effectieve werkomgeving. Geen abstracte praatplaatjes of dikke adviesrapporten die in een la belanden, maar pragmatische oplossingen die direct werken op de werkvloer. Dat doen we consequent vanuit onze vier pijlers: deskundig, dichtbij de klant, duurzaam en altijd samen met de gebruiker denken én doen. Dat is hoe wij werken, en precies die mentaliteit zoeken we in jou. Wat ga je concreet doen? Als Medior Adviseur Bedrijfsvoering draai je zelfstandig opdrachten en projecten bij onze opdrachtgevers. Je werkt flexibel en hybride: de ene dag zit je bij een gemeente of corporate aan tafel, de andere dag spar je op kantoor aan de Aert van Nesstraat of werk je gefocust thuis. Je kijkt over afdelingsmuren heen en verbindt mensen, beleid, capaciteit en processen: - Procesoptimalisatie & inrichting: je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, brengt knelpunten in kaart en ontwerpt slimmere werkprocessen die de samenwerking en effectiviteit verhogen. - Organisatie- & capaciteitsvraagstukken: je adviseert over governance, teamstructuren en de juiste verdeling van taken, rollen en middelen. - Verandertrajecten begeleiden: je betrekt medewerkers en stakeholders actief bij veranderingen, zorgt voor draagvlak en begeleidt de implementatie tot het écht soepel loopt. - Samenhang met de fysieke werkomgeving: je legt van nature de verbinding tussen hoe mensen georganiseerd zijn en hoe zij worden ondersteund door facilitaire diensten en huisvesting. - Klantrelatie & sparringpartner: je bent een volwaardig gesprekspart...
