Bij dit boekhoudkantoor gaat accountancy verder dan cijfers alleen. Als Medior Advisor ben je een vaste sparringpartner voor ondernemers. Je denkt actief mee over hun vragen, uitdagingen en toekomst en vertaalt jouw vakkennis naar helder en praktisch advies. Tegelijk krijg je alle ruimte om je expertise verder uit te bouwen en te groeien in je rol als adviseur.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille van eenmanszaken en vennootschappen, van de dagelijkse boekhouding tot afsluitingen en aangiftes.
  • Je bent een vaste sparringpartner voor ondernemers: je beantwoordt hun vragen, denkt vooruit en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijk en bruikbaar advies.
  • Je krijgt de kans om je rol stap voor stap verder uit te bouwen richting advies, met ondersteuning van ervaren collega's voor complexere dossiers.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's en experten uit verschillende domeinen, waardoor je voortdurend kennis deelt en je expertise verder verdiept.
  • Je krijgt ruimte voor jouw eigen interesses en ambities. Wil je je ergens in specialiseren of een bepaalde richting uit? Daar wordt naar geluisterd.
  • Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerken en plezier maken minstens zo belangrijk zijn. Teamactiviteiten, etentjes, BBQ's, quizzen en sportieve momenten zorgen ervoor dat collega's elkaar ook naast het werk leren kennen.
  • Je hebt een diploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, TEW of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen accountancy en kan zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt ervan om kwaliteit af te leveren.
  • Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een sterk team en duurzame klantenrelaties.
