Omgeving van Amsterdam Meer details Medior BOA Functieomschrijving We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven collega die zich als Buitengewoon Opsporingsambtenaar (BOA) zal bezighouden met het toezien op naleving van regelgeving op het gebied van de openbare ruimte. Als BOA wordt een beperkte rol van je verwacht bij het verrichten van werkzaamheden op het gebied van de aanpak van adres- en woonfraude en ondermijning. Ga jij de uitdaging aan? Je werkt binnen het Team Handhaving, een dynamisch en vooruitstrevend team dat zich richt op toezicht en handhaving ten aanzien van bouw-, brandveiligheid- en milieuregelgeving, drank- en horeca, regelgeving op het gebied van de openbare ruimte en regelgeving aangaande de openbare orde en veiligheid. Je werkzaamheden: Als Buitengewoon Opsporingsambtenaar ben je onder meer belast met: • Het houden van toezicht op de naleving van de regelgeving die betrekking heeft op de openbare ruimte. • Het houden van toezicht op de naleving van de Alcoholwet en daaraan gerelateerde plaatselijke regelgeving. • Het houden van toezicht op de naleving van de regelgeving die betrekking heeft op de verplichtingen die de Wet basisregistratie personen oplegt. • Het geven van uitleg over deze regelgeving en het zowel mondeling als schriftelijk afhandelen van meldingen. • Het bestuursrechtelijk en strafrechtelijk optreden bij het constateren van overtredingen, inclusief het opmaken van (digitale) rapportages.
