We zijn groot genoeg voor serieuze klanten en complexe projecten, maar klein genoeg om snel te bewegen en echt invloed te hebben. We zoeken een Medior Business Developer die zich thuis voelt in een enterprise omgeving en begrijpt hoe je complexe data- en AI-vraagstukken samen met klanten vertaalt naar concrete projecten en programma's. Geen profielsales, geen standaard pitch, maar inhoudelijk gesprekken op directieniveau, scherpe proposities en deals met impact. Waarom deze rol Xomnia heeft een sterk merk, een goed trackrecord en inhoud in huis. Wat we nu verder willen uitbouwen: grotere, strategische project deals bij enterprise klanten. Daarvoor zoeken we iemand die op directie- en senior managementniveau gesprekken voert over data- en AI-transformatie, klantvragen scherp krijgt en deze vertaalt naar een sterk voorstel en uiteindelijk een samenwerking. Vereisten Wat je gaat doen - New business bouwen. Je ontwikkelt je eigen pipeline van enterprise kansen. Je kunt inpluggen op een bestaand netwerk van Xomnia én van jezelf, maar je doet ook je eigen acquisitie. De contacten die je tegenkomt zijn een mix van warm, lauw en koud: je kunt rekenen op een vlotte start, maar eigen initiatief blijft essentieel. Je opent zelf deuren, initieert gesprekken en bouwt relaties op met decision makers binnen grote en middelgrote organisaties. - Data- en AI-projecten verkopen.
