Bij Trunkrs krijg je die kans elke dag opnieuw. Wij verkopen geen goedkopere bezorging, maar leverbetrouwbaarheid, en jij bent degene die dat verhaal aan de deur brengt. Trunkrs groeit hard in Fresh & Frozen e-commercebezorging in de Benelux. We helpen inmiddels 200+ klanten, en staan nog maar aan het begin. Om die groei te versnellen, zoeken we iemand die zelf de straat op gaat: bellen, langsgaan, volhouden. Wat ga je doen? Je jaagt: actief, dagelijks, op webshops, retailers en foodmerken. Je bepaalt zelf wie je belt, waar je langsgaat en hoe je jouw pipeline vult. Geen wachten op leads, jij creëert ze. ✨ Benadert actief webshops, retailers en foodmerken, iedere dag opnieuw. ✨ Volgt inbound leads snel en doelgericht op. ✨ Bouwt en beheert je eigen salespipeline. ✨ Voert commerciële gesprekken, onderhandelt en sluit nieuwe samenwerkingen. ✨ Bent veel onderweg voor klantbezoeken en netwerkevents, dit is je habitat, niet een uitzondering. ✨ Werkt samen met Operations en Customer Success om nieuwe klanten succesvol te onboarden. Je werkt samen met twee andere Business Development Managers die minstens zo gedreven zijn. Wie ben jij? Je bent een pure hunter. Geen dag hetzelfde, geen script dat je volgt. Je haalt vooral voldoening uit het zelf openen van nieuwe deuren en het sluiten van deals, de strategie laat je met een gerust hart aan anderen over. Afwijzing raakt je niet lang; je pakt de telefoon en gaat door. Daarnaast breng je mee: Minimaal 2 jaar commerciële ervaring in Business Development, B2B Sales of Accountmanagement.
