Jij bent iemand die denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen. Je denkt dan ook graag mee over het ontwerp, de prijs en de kwaliteit. Jij kent je eigen kwaliteiten en gaat zonder moeite zelfstandig aan de slag aan je projecten. Samen met twee andere Calculatoren en Werkvoorbereiders vorm jullie een team die wordt aangestuurd door een Projectleider. Jij onderhoudt dagelijks contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers om op tijd tot een eerlijke prijs te komen. Bouwstenen voor succes - Je beschikt minimaal over een mbo-diploma richting Bouwkunde; - Je hebt interesse of ervaring met het restaureren van monumenten; - Beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare relevante werkervaring binnen de calculatie; - Je bent zelfstandig en probleemoplossend.
