Combineer je advies makkelijk met zelf schrijven, organiseren en uitvoeren? Dan is deze tijdelijke functie in Utrecht interessant voor jou. Voor een landelijke publieke organisatie zoeken wij een Medior Communicatieadviseur voor 36 uur per week. Je ondersteunt de implementatie van een nieuw zaaksysteem en richt je vooral op de interne communicatie rondom de verandering. Je stapt in een lopend project en bouwt verder op de bestaande communicatieaanpak. Daarbij ben je zowel adviserend als uitvoerend actief. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers en andere stakeholders goed worden meegenomen in de overstap naar het nieuwe systeem. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstellen en uitwerken van een communicatieplan - Bepalen van communicatiedoelstellingen en doelgroepen - Uitvoeren van stakeholderanalyses - Inventariseren van informatiebehoeften - Schrijven van nieuwsbrieven en intranetcontent - Maken van presentaties en FAQ's - Organiseren van workshops, interactieve sessies en Q&A's - Verzamelen van feedback van medewerkers en stakeholders - Meten van de effectiviteit van communicatie - Rapporteren over voortgang en betrokkenheid - Ontwikkelen van trainingsmaterialen - Adviseren én zelf uitvoeren binnen project- en verandercommunicatie Wat breng je mee?
