YOUR JOB

Als Medior Compliance Officer Consultant word jij ingezet op tijdelijke projecten bij onze klanten, , voornamelijk binnen de financiële sector in Oost-Vlaanderen en Gent. Je maakt deel uit van compliance-, operations- of supportteams en ondersteunt hen zowel op administratief als analytisch vlak, met een grotere mate van zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verwerken van klantendossiers in het kader van Know Your Customer (KYC) en Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Je verzamelt en controleert klantinformatie, voert risicoanalyses uit en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers correct, volledig en conform de interne richtlijnen worden verwerkt. Dankzij jouw ervaring kan je ook complexere of risicovollere dossiers zelfstandig oppakken.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van verschillende teams door administratieve en operationele processen mee op te volgen, en fungeer je voor jongere collega's als aanspreekpunt bij vragen. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, interne stakeholders en andere betrokken partijen om ontbrekende informatie op te vragen of dossiers verder af te handelen.

Je werkt op tijdelijke projecten bij klanten in verschillende sectoren. Flexibiliteit is dus essentieel: je past je snel aan en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgevingen.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma op zak (bachelor- of masterdiploma), bij voorkeur in een richting zoals Rechten, Criminologie, Economie, Financiën en Verzekeringen, Bedrijfsmanagement of Handelswetenschappen.
  • Je beschikt over 1 tot 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen KYC, AML of compliance, bij voorkeur binnen de banksector.
  • Je drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uit in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en haalt energie uit contact met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot overweg met verschillende systemen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, waardoor je jezelf flexibel kan verplaatsen naar onze projecten.
