Als Medior Contractmanager GWW vervul je een cruciale rol bij het managen van complexe civiele infrastructuurprojecten. Je zorgt voor een optimale contractuele basis voor projecten en bewaakt de naleving van contractafspraken door alle betrokken partijen. Je fungeert als expert op het gebied van contractvorming en -beheer, waarbij je jouw uitgebreide ervaring inzet om risico's te identificeren en te mitigeren. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Het opstellen, beheren en evalueren van contracten voor civiele infrastructuurprojecten; - Het adviseren over contractvormen en aanbestedingsstrategieën; - Het identificeren, analyseren en beheersen van contractuele risico's; - Het behandelen van claims en wijzigingen op bestaande contracten; - Het onderhouden van relaties met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere stakeholders; - Het coachen van junior collega's op het gebied van contractmanagement; - Het bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van contractmanagement binnen de organisatie.

Je kunt je verder ontwikkelen tot Senior Contractmanager of je specialiseren in specifieke contractvormen zoals Design & Construct of DBFMO. Ook liggen er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Tenderstrateeg of Commercieel Manager waarbij je je kennis breder inzet binnen de organisatie.
