Tomach Engineering is op zoek naar een Expert Data & Prospectieve Analyse om strategische projecten te ondersteunen via data-analyse, scenarioontwikkeling en besluitvormingsondersteuning. In deze rol combineer je analytisch inzicht, datavaardigheden en een kritische blik om complexe gegevens om te zetten in bruikbare aanbevelingen voor interne en externe stakeholders. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamische omgeving waar innovatie, samenwerking en langetermijnvisie centraal staan.

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een analytische of data-gerelateerde functie.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en affiniteit met complexe vraagstukken.
  • Kritische ingesteldheid en de capaciteit om bestaande aannames en prognoses in vraag te stellen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe analyses helder toe te lichten.
  • Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en tegelijk een echte teamspeler.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans, aangevuld met een professionele kennis van het Engels.

Technische vaardigheden

  • Goede kennis van Python en/of R.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel.
  • Ervaring met data-analyse, automatisering en datavisualisatie.
  • Kennis van modellering, simulatie- of forecastingtools is een pluspunt.
