Jij houdt onze datacenterinfrastructuur stabiel, van rack en storage tot netwerk en virtualisatie. Functieomschrijving Als Datacenter Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse operatie van onze datacenterinfrastructuur. Je vertaalt de eisen van het platform, de beveiliging en de applicaties naar oplossingen die betrouwbaar werken. Zo zorg jij dat alles stabiel blijft draaien. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, security en de klantenteams, en werkt nauw samen met je NOC collega's en het Security team. Dit ga je doen Je zorgt dat de infrastructuur stabiel, veilig en actueel blijft. Concreet betekent dit: - Je voert changes en implementaties uit volgens vaste standaarden en houdt platformcomponenten actueel; - Je pakt incidenten op: je doet de triage, lost problemen voortvarend op of escaleert tijdig, en houdt je tickets goed bij; - Je zorgt dat kritieke assets continu gemonitord worden, volgt de 24/7 alerts op en houdt meldingen zo relevant mogelijk; - Je voert securitycontroles en patching uit volgens beleid en meldt risico's aan je NOC collega's en het Security team; - Je analyseert capaciteit en performance, herkent trends en doet verbetervoorstellen; - Je houdt documentatie en SOP's actueel en zorgt dat de benodigde kennis op peil blijft.
