The posting

Counto is een accountantskantoor in Tielt met veertien collega's. Jong, enthousiast en familiaal: we kennen elkaars dossiers en elkaars koffievoorkeur. We werken voor ondernemers uit de streek en we doen dat persoonlijk, kwalitatief en digitaal. In die volgorde.

Als medior dossierbeheerder krijg je een eigen portefeuille en de ruimte om erin te beslissen. Je houdt je collega's op de hoogte, je hoeft je niet te verantwoorden. Jaarrekeningen en adviezen gaan pas buiten na vier ogen, en dat is geen controle, dat is kwaliteit. Zo ziet je dag eruit:

• Je beheert een eigen portefeuille van A tot Z: van inboeken en btw tot afsluiting, jaarrekening en de aangiften vennootschapsbelasting en personenbelasting.

• Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten. Zij kennen jouw naam, niet alleen die van het kantoor.

• Je maakt tussentijdse cijfers in Silverfin en legt ze uit in mensentaal: wat betekent dit voor de ondernemer?

• Je werkt samen met een senior collega voor de vier ogen op jaarrekeningen en adviezen.

• Je begeleidt een junior bij het inboeken en de eerste controles.

• Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring op een boekhoudkantoor en je hebt al dossiers zelf afgesloten.

• Je kent btw, vennootschapsbelasting en personenbelasting goed genoeg om zelfstandig te werken en om te weten wanneer je een vraag stelt.

• Je bent stipt, je wil bijleren en je gebruikt je gezond verstand.

• AdminPulse, Silverfin of Intellifin kennen is een plus, geen voorwaarde.

• Je werkt graag in een klein team waar collega's ook supporters zijn.
