Als medior ben je sterk in operationeel dossierbeheer en financiële opvolging. Je staat in voor:

  • Het opmaken van afsluitingen en jaarafsluiten
  • Het voorbereiden en analyseren van tussentijdse cijfers en rapporteringen
  • Het opvolgen van dossiers van A tot Z, in nauwe samenwerking met senior collega's
  • Het signaleren van afwijkingen, opportuniteiten en risico's op basis van cijfers
  • Het ondersteunen van senior advisors bij analyses, kredietdossiers en adviestrajecten
  • Je bouwt stap voor stap expertise op en groeit richting een meer adviserende rol.

We zoeken gemotiveerde professionals met een sterke financiële basis, die willen groeien en verantwoordelijkheid durven opnemen.

  • 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in dossierbeheer, accountancy of financiële opvolging
  • Ervaring met afsluitingen, tussentijdse cijfers en rapportering
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
  • Bereidheid om te groeien richting advies en complexere dossiers
  • Bachelor of master in een financiële, economische of boekhoudkundige richtinge werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten en concrete acties
  • Je communiceert professioneel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
