Je ondersteunt managers en medewerkers, bewaakt HR-processen en denkt mee over het verbeteren van beleid en procedures. Daarbij combineer je operationele ondersteuning met adviserende werkzaamheden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen bij werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers. - Begeleiden van sollicitatieprocedures en contact onderhouden met kandidaten. - Beheren van personeelsadministratie, contracten en personeelsdossiers. - Begeleiden van onboarding- en introductieprogramma's voor nieuwe medewerkers. - Adviseren van management over HR-beleid, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsvraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij de uitvoering en ontwikkeling van HR-processen en procedures. - Bijdragen aan interne communicatie en medewerkersinitiatieven. - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen HR en doen van voorstellen voor optimalisatie.
