Iemand die verder kijkt dan processen alleen en leidinggevenden helpt bij het nemen van de juiste beslissingen voor medewerkers én de organisatie. Met jouw kennis van arbeidsrecht, sterke analytische vaardigheden en passie voor talentontwikkeling ben jij een onmisbare sparringpartner voor management, leidinggevenden, verzuimadviseurs en HR- en salarisadministratie. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, beleid verder te ontwikkelen en zichtbaar verschil te maken binnen een organisatie waar mensen centraal staan. De rol Als Medior HR Business Partner ben jij de adviseur en sparringpartner voor leidinggevenden binnen KCD. Je ondersteunt bij operationele, tactische én strategische HR-vraagstukken en draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers, teams en de organisatie. Je adviseert onder andere over arbeidsrecht, duurzame inzetbaarheid en talentontwikkeling. Daarbij maak je actief gebruik van data en analyses om trends zichtbaar te maken, knelpunten te signaleren en verbeteringen door te voeren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je adviseert leidinggevenden over in-, door- en uitstroom van medewerkers; - Je adviseert over complexe verzuimdossiers en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Je ondersteunt en traint leidinggevenden bij arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken en casuïstiek; - Je zet TMA in voor talentontwikkeling, teamontwikkeling en leiderschapsvraagstukken; - Je analyseert HR-data en managementinformatie en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven; - Je bent een toegankelijk en betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leidinggevenden en management; - Je denkt mee over en ontwikkelt HR-beleid, processen en instrumenten; - Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere professional...
