Op ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht voeren we de personeelsadministratie van al onze hotels centraal uit. Als Medewerker HR-administratie zorg jij voor de ondersteunende administratie en complete personeelsdossiers. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je hebt veel contact met collega's uit het hele land. Over Bastion Hotels Bastion Hotels is een onafhankelijke Nederlandse hotelketen met 34 hotels die allemaal een gezellig thuisgevoel uitstralen. We zijn financieel gezond, hebben één eigenaar en blijven bouwen en verbouwen om te groeien. In elk hotel werkt een klein team van managers nauw samen om gasten een goed verblijf te bezorgen. Jij zorgt er vanuit HR voor dat zij dat kunnen blijven doen. - Problemen signaleren en oplossen, liefst voordat iemand er last van heeft Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent een echte aanpakker. Van een personeelsdossier bijwerken tot een sleutelkaart regelen: je draait er je hand niet voor om. Je denkt graag mee over hoe het nóg beter kan, en die inbreng waarderen we bij Bastion.
