Opdrachtomschrijving Als tijdelijke Medior Inkoper neem je werkzaamheden over van vaste inkopers binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen portefeuille van interne klanten (accounts) en ondersteunt hen bij het realiseren van hun inkoopbehoefte op een rechtmatige, doelmatige en efficiënte wijze. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar stemt complexe vraagstukken af met de Senior Inkoper. Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan contractbeheer, leveranciersmanagement en de verdere professionalisering van de inkoopfunctie. Daarbij zorg je voor een goede balans tussen de behoefte van de organisatie, de geldende wet- en regelgeving en de commerciële mogelijkheden in de markt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne klanten op het gebied van inkoop en aanbestedingen. Je adviseert over de te volgen inkoopstrategie, begeleidt en faciliteert aanbestedingstrajecten en ontzorgt opdrachtgevers gedurende het gehele inkoopproces. De aanbestedingen en uitvragen zijn voornamelijk gericht op facilitaire dienstverlening, ICT-gerelateerde producten en diensten, inhuur en overige bedrijfsvoering gerelateerde categorieën. Daarnaast kunnen ad hoc inkoopvraagstukken binnen andere domeinen onderdeel uitmaken van de opdracht.
