Voor een organisatie in Den Haag zoeken wij een Medior IT Servicedesk Specialist die verder kijkt dan het oplossen van incidenten. In deze rol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor support, maar speel je ook een actieve rol in het verbeteren van processen en het verhogen van de kwaliteit van de IT-dienstverlening. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en een inhoudelijke sparringpartner binnen het IT-team. Wat krijg je van ons? Bij igen staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een salaris tussen €2.800 en €3.400, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of een leaseauto; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Over de rol Als Medior IT Servicedesk Specialist in Den Haag werk je op het snijvlak van support en beheer. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van de IT-omgeving en denkt actief mee over structurele oplossingen. - Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aannemen, analyseren en oplossen van complexe IT-meldingen (1e en 2e lijn); - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en collega's op de werkvloer; - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen; ...
