Als Medior IT Support Engineer in Utrecht ben jij dé specialist die niet alleen incidenten oplost, maar ook meedenkt over structurele verbeteringen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen gebruikers en IT-teams en tilt de support naar een hoger niveau. Je bent de schakel tussen de eerste en tweede lijn en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de IT-omgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijn incidenten en serviceverzoeken - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij Windows 10/11, Office 365 en bedrijfsapplicaties - Beheren van accounts, rechten en policies in Active Directory - Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en aandragen van structurele oplossingen - Coördineren en bewaken van meldingen en prioriteiten - Ondersteunen bij migraties, uitrolprojecten en werkplekbeheer Dit breng je mee - Een afgeronde mbo-niveau 4 of hbo-opleiding richting IT - Minimaal 1,5 tot 3 jaar ervaring binnen IT-support of serviced...
