Core responsibilities - Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automated workflows and integration solutions. - Develop, configure, and optimize integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms (APIs, webhooks, ETL). - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure workflow reliability and quick incident response. - Document architecture, data flows, runbooks, and operational procedures for maintainability. - Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, product, operations) to prioritize improvements and deliver releases. - Ensure security, compliance, and data governance best practices across integrations.
